HOW WE PLAN TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

At the DRINK IT IN Festival, we really want to have a positive impact on people and the planet! We're slashing waste, recycling like pros, cutting down on single-use stuff and supporting organisations that really make a difference.

Our Sustainability Strategy has been defined by the amazing team at Avallen Solutions and we’re working with Peckham Levels and the brands to ensure sustainability is a core part of all decisions about the festival.

We’re also supporting the awesome charities below. The Drinks Trust and Equal Measures will receive 1% each of the total revenue from ticket and drink sales. And Goal 17 will be helping us recruit the DRINK IT IN Crew to ensure you have a great time.

OUR CHARITY PARTNERS

  • The Drinks Trust Logo

The Drinks Trust is the charity dedicated to the drinks and hospitality workforce. It strives to empower our industry people through services designed to assist financially, restore well-being and develop skills, and to do so with compassion and respect. In doing so, The Drinks Trust seeks to create an equitable industry where opportunities to thrive are open to all.

  • Equal Measures logo

Equal Measures UK is the leading non-profit dedicated to delivering greater intersectional equity in the drinks & hospitality industries by supporting marginalised and underrepresented groups and individuals. We enrich possibilities for those from Black, Asian, and other minority ethnicities, as well as other marginalised groups, such as queer and genderqueer persons, those who are neurodivergent, or who face systemic barriers to their progression.

  • Haelu Drinks logo

Goal 17 are working with Local Authorities across the UK to develop a network of volunteer mentors who help young Care Leavers transition into adulthood and independent living.
